CSU Tennis named All-Academic Team, four Rams receive individual accolades from ITA

TEMPE, Ariz. – The Colorado State Rams women’s tennis team, and four individual players, have received academic honors from the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA).

2017 seniors Madison Porter and Celine Voss were joined by rising sophomores Solene Crawley and Sandra Keta as ITA Scholar-Athletes. Individual athletes had to be a varsity letter winner and maintain a GPA of 3.5 or higher.

The award was the second in Porter’s career, while the other three Rams received the honor for the first time.

The team earned the ITA’s All-Academic Team award by holding a cumulative GPA above a 3.2. The Rams have been given the team award for eight consecutive seasons.

Crawley, Keta and Porter were named Mountain West Scholar-Athletes on July 18.
